Where do I get books?
Use a claim code sent by an author, browse the free classics in Discover, or import your own ebook files. Some authors also share advance copies for feedback or reviews.
Do I need an account?
You can import your own files and read locally without signing in. Create a free BookArc account to keep your library and reading progress in sync across devices.
Can I use BookArc on my computer?
Yes. Open the web reader in your browser to access BookArc on your computer. Sign in with the same account to access your synced library.
Can I read without an internet connection?
Yes. Download a book in the app before going offline. Reading downloaded books does not need a connection; cloud sync and online discovery do.
Which ebook files can I import?
BookArc supports EPUB, PDF, MOBI, AZW, AZW3, FB2, CBZ, and TXT files. Layout and available reading tools depend on the format. DRM-protected books may need the provider’s own app.
