I never received my download email

Most delivery emails arrive within a few minutes, but mail providers can sometimes delay or filter them.

1. Check your spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders for a message from BookArc.
2. Search your inbox for BookArc or the title of the book.
3. Return to the delivery page and carefully enter your email address again.
4. If the email still does not arrive, use Need Help and tell us the email address and device you used.
